I informed him I needed a new fiberglass swim platform constructed and installed on my 38-foot trawler. I later learned he was the owner. Nelson very graciously gave me a tour of his facility.Nelson then directed me to his office. As we engaged in conversation, he was typing away on his computer. I was pleasantly surprised he had prepared my estimate during our discussion. I found the written estimate to be detailed and reasonable.I decided to have them do the work. I was not disappointed. The quality of work was beyond my expectation.This is a well-managed boatyard. Nelson, his secretary Lily, and his entire staff are true professionals. What a refreshing experience.
