Review: My experience along with two other large yacht owners that I've spoken with is that this service center has never met an estimate that it honored. They are deceptive in my opinion they do terrible work and they never even finish the job. They actually had the gall after the cost of the work almost doubled (nearly $8k over) from the original "estimate" that they're not making any money on this and it's almost costing them money to finish my job. I arrive to inspect my boat it's already in the slings about to be launched, they haven't finished two key components that were discussed in the very beginning of my contact with them and discussed that week... and now it's too late unless I have them put it back up on stands and begin the process all over again. Terrible work and in my opinion no value for my money. Maybe they build good yachts (obviously a different department if they do) but I wouldn't go back to their service department and I certainly could not recommend them to anyone else unless money and value means little or nothing to you. The sad part for large boat owners in this area is that almost no other yard can haul heavy boats, this fact is not lost upon these people from the treatment I received.
