Review: I can’t describe enough how grateful I am with Marine Connection’s service team. I got my boat a year ago from Marine Connection West Palm Beach. After a year of joyful use I saw a small crack on my lower unit. I called the service department. Service manager Tom described me the process and told me that they would file a warranty request with Yamaha. Freddy called same day to schedule an appointment and Marine connections mobile technician Ricky from Fort Lauderdale office came next day to my home to download all the datas from the engines. The warranty request was filed within 3 days. Marine connection not only makes the clients happy during the sale process with the best prices but also when you have an issue they don’t leave you alone and they make you feel like family. Review: We purchased a 2020 205 Pathfinder at Marine Connection Fort Lauderdale. Henry Rocco the sales manager was very professional and knowledgeable. He always kept us in the loop while they were building our trailer and waiting on Boat extras. He was a great person and awesome salesman plus very helpful with all aspects about the boat. Even took a call from my son when he couldn’t start the boat when out on the water and talked him through it and fixed the problem, awesome. If we do upgrade we will do business again with him and Marine Connection.Also got our first 20 hour service done at the Marine Connection Miami, they where true professionals. Very helpful and very customer service oriented.The only negative is we are still waiting on A boat extra “power pole” it’s been over 5 weeks. We do understand with what everyone is going through with COVID 19, when you purchase a boat and take delivery you should have everything you purchased. Hopefully will be in Very soon.Again if your looking for a new boat Marina Connection Fort Lauderdale is the place to go and ask for Henry Rocco.

Review: First and foremost I take my hat off to Henry Rocco, Good customer service, Me and my wife went to the boat show seen a lot of different boats, but the Blackfin stood out the most, so I drilled Henry with a lot of questions and he answered my questions with more information behind that so that was a plus. Henry is very knowledgeable about different types of boats, Without thinking twice about it. The next Day I went to the office and purchased a 2021 Blackfin 222, the worst thing was that I had to wait for the manufacture to build my boat,🤣 but it was all worth it. I highly recommend Marine Connection to purchase your future boat, even down to the parts persons Mr. Fred. you can learn a lot just hanging around up there 😂 Great people me and my family loves are new toy.
