Review: To Whom it May Concern.I need to reach out to commend your employee Peter Limosani. I reached out to him today, July 4th weekend, as well as many other times not expecting him to answer his phone on a holiday weekend. I purchased a 2020 Absolute 50’ Fly from One Water Yacht Group approximately a year plus ago. Peter has been there for me at every turn, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays, through any and all issues I have had, including general operations of the boat. He never rushes me off the phone until he knows satisfaction has been reached by me. I am writing this because it is very rare that I have found such a devoted person who is passionate about customer satisfaction. Peter’s knowledge of the product that One Water yacht group sells sets the business apart and benefits the clients of One Water. Review: Patricia at the front desk was nice, but outside of that this place has nothing going for it. Facilities look run down, flooding on normal high tides, and it’s like an act of war to have vendors able to perform work.

Review: I bought the boat from OWYG at the March 2022 Palm Beach boat show. The boat will be used on Lake Tahoe. It was a used boat but only had 14 engine hours so still covered under warranty. I know warranty on a Chris Craft on Lake Tahoe is difficult so I had the boat inspected prior to sending to me. Also I needed new high altitude props. Since I don't have a trailer yet, I also wanted those installed prior to sending the boat. After inspection there were several warranty repairs required. Well they sent the boat as if the repairs were made and props changed out. Well when the boat delivered (in the water since I have no trailer yet) no repairs were made and no props changed. They claimed props were backordered for several months and now I'd have to deal with a local dealer (not on lake). To make matters worse, the boat was missing its covers. When I contacted them (or tried) they stated covers aren't included. Yet I have written proof from the sales person that they should've been in the bow compartment of the boat and that they must have been lost or stolen while they were inspecting the boat. Now they want me to pay for covers and they won't return emails or phone calls. I've tried to work with sales person, sales manager, several parts department people. No response. Very frustrating! The story could actually go on but I'm done with them

Review: I waited to write this review for 14 months after our purchase. Pleased to report that this is an amazing group of yachting professionals. I have bought and sold boats for over 30 years and OWYG Fort Lauderdale is hands down the best experience in the industry. Our broker John Keenan was beyond fantastic and has stayed connected to us ever since the sale. We even toured the Absolute factory in Italy with him and his wife. As for the service team they have been incredible as well. The service manager Anthony Vigliotti and the Absolute Specialist Peter Limosani are responsive, dedicated, knowledgable and totally focused on the customer service experience. From the top down this is a first class operation.
