Review: I completely recommend Neptune for a new boat lift!Pros: High Quality, Overbuilt Construction, Great Customer Service during build process once contacted, Nice people to deal with.Cons: Long lead times but it is the pandemic so I didn’t hold this against them, They weren’t really proactive in keeping me updated enough as the process went along i.e. I had to reach out to them versus them sending me an email at least once a month or even every two weeks with status.Kevin, the installer and service foreman is an absolute gem. And their service to come strap your boat down before a hurricane completely exceeded my expectations.Definitely a five star operation.
