Review: I just purchased an 11ft Gala tender with a Tohatsu outboard from Todd and his team at Tender Care Boats. Since Tender Care Boats carries all the best brands, I had my choice of AB, Gala, Skipper and Walker Bay. I have had two AB's, Todd knows his business, I followed his suggestions, based on what my needs were, and I could not be happier with the performance, price, and most importantly, the service I received from Tender Care Boats. Its nice to know that they service their inflatables and tenders too. I write very few reviews, but Todd L'italien, and his team at Tender Care Boats earned it!

Review: VERY HAPPY with our Gala and the customer service. Tender Care was recommended to us by our davit manufacturer. Arriving at TC, we explained our dinghy needs, walked over to the perfect boat for us and bought it. Our two large dogs love it as well!!

Review: We love our Walker Bay tender that we bought at Tender Care Boats. We met part of their team at FLIBs and they helped us identify exactly the boat we needed. We have been very happy with the product and support. There were some titling challenges in our home state and Tender Care Boats was amazing helping us walk through everything and getting all the docs we required, which was above those needed in Florida. Review: I bought an AB jet boat here as a dingy for a larger boat. During some rough seas, one of the hold down chains broke and eventually lead to the fiberglass hull being damaged. When I called Tender Care about if they could fix it, and never once blamed them or asked them to pay for it, he said no it was totaled. This is a 6 month old $45,000 dingy with 10 hours on it. I found a body shop to do the repair for about $5,000, but I ended up needing a couple of oem AB parts from tender care to wrap up the repair. To my surprise when I called tendercare back, they would not even attempt to find the parts I needed or reach out to their vendor AB to try to procure them. It just felt like bad faith. And i did eventually buy the parts directly from seadoo, which Im pretty sure they are well aware of who makes the parts AB uses after they modify them. It just rubbed me the wrong way. It took me 2 weeks and ordering wrong parts and returning things when they could of just been upfront. I wouldn’t buy a boat from a place that doesn’t repair them again. But they get 2 stars because the original purchase did go very smoothly. The photos show the hull damage and the piece I needed, which ended up being the engine heat exchanger. It was $275 from seadoo and I had to modify it to make it fit.Response back to owner: Todd you have my email and phone number on file. To my knowledge, you have not reached out to me about this. I NEVER once said this was your fault and I took full responsibility. I also told you I intended to keep the boat after the repair was complete, as we really like it. How you spend your money and handle situations regarding insurance should not influence the way you treat your customers. If I filed a 45k claim the first year I owned my boat, what do you think the insurance company would do? Probably cancel me. So again, every ones situation is different. I asked you to get parts for me and you, in my opinion, told me to go pound sand.
