Review: Precision Marine is absolutely the best if you have a Suzuki outboard. I called to order parts to service my Suzuki 115. I didn’t have the serial number close by but Nicole (one of the owners) found it without a problem. I told her I was doing the 300 hour service. She told me everything I would need and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be doing business with Precision Marine from here on out.

Review: So kind of pissed, I ordered oil and filters maintenance kit from Precision Marine online. The kit literally says for DF300 but they only send you 2 gallons instead of 9 quarts. I called to see what was up because I know for a fact I had 9 quarts last time when i ordered from them. I am looking at the old case right now and the old bottles right now. I asked if I could pay for the oil but them cover shipping the lady laughed as she put me on hold for 10 minutes to come back and say that the website is clear that it sells 2 gallons and the oil filter and normally people use left over oil from oil changes to make up the required to fill. If your motor takes 8.7 quarts of oil and your selling a oil change kit that doesn't fill the motor why do they not say on the website. I would have happily payed for the extra 2 quarts when i placed my original order. Its literally an oil change maintenance kit. The lady laughing really pissed me off as well. They just lost me as client for life.
